Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with BeMoreBike. We want you to have the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
    • Accompanied by the original tags and packaging.
    • Free of stains, odors, and damage.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards.
    • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
    • Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, swimwear, etc.) for hygiene reasons.

Return process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at hello@bemorebike.com to request a return authorization.
  • Step 2: Package the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Step 3: Ship the item to our return address: BeMoreBike – 7B Dunraven Place – Torbay – Auckland 0630
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items of the same type and value (e.g., size or colour changes).
  • To exchange an item, follow the same steps as the return process and specify the desired replacement.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Damaged or defectiv items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please:
    • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
    • Contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
    • If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@bemorebike.com.
